By statute and code, inspectors are limited to visual inspections of homes and buildings. Not included are detections of systems internal or external, needing an expert.

Lookin’ Good’s objective is to give you, our client, an overview of the condition of the home and the general nature of any detected problems.

Inspectors are generalists with broad knowledge of all the systems and facets of structure.

Lloyd Gibbs is a State of Nevada Certified General Inspector of Structures, #00980; and is fully licensed, bonded and insured, exceeding all state requirements.

If a problem found needs further investigation or a repair, you will be advised to seek the advice of an expert, preferably a licensed contractor. We do not make repairs nor do we make referrals, avoiding any conflict of interest.
