retaining walls, driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks,
steps, drainage
Exteriors
and Substructure – foundation,
framing, porches, chimneys, walls, eaves
Roof – roofing
material and condition, flashing, gutters, down spouts
and vents
Interior – walls,
ceilings, attic insulation, floors, stairs, fireplaces,
appliances
Plumbing – water
supply lines, waste systems, vents, visible valves, toilets,
sinks, tubs, showers, interior, exterior hose bibs, water
heaters, disposers, and various plumbing fixtures
Electrical – general
service, main and sub panels, visible wiring, lights,
outlets
Heating/Air
Conditioning – heating
and cooling equipment, venting
Pool/Spa – heater,
filter, pump, blower, electrical, visible leaks, decks,
diving boards, fencing
COMMERCIAL
Commercial
inspections cover many of the same elements as a residential
inspection with additional attention to the roof, electrical,
fire safety, grounds drainage, parking lot lighting and paving
conditions. |
